How do I place an order?

If you are interested in placing an order with us you can do by two different ways:

  1. If you wish to purchase wholesale items from us you may contact us directly and we will find the best possible way to proceed.

  2. If you wish to purchase singular items (not in bulk), you can purchase directly off our Amazon page. Otherwise contact us so we can help you find a retail location closest to you that sells our products.

Shipping & Payment

We accept cash, all major credits cards, money orders or checks. For new clients we only accept cash to establish credibility. Online orders also accept PayPal.

For shipment of wholesale goods we can send them to your business by truck (in our current delivery zones). We do not deliver to homes, regardless of whether your business is in your home. You can also save some money by picking up your products directly from us. We always welcome this as it allows us to save time and money, we just ask that you notify us ahead of time to prepare your items prior to your arrival.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

For secure ordering please order directly from us via phone or through Amazon. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of your products. Make sure to contact us if you still have not received your products within 3-7 business days so that we may find out where the issue is.

Payment can be done by phone, or in person. If you are a repeat customer we can also save your credit card information and charge you when you place new orders when we are authorized by you to do so.

Rest assured that we are a reliable company who wishes to provide all customers with great customer service. If you are not happy with our service please let us know how we can improve our service and better serve you.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for unused - unopened items if you are not satisfied with them or if you received something by accident within 30 days. If you purchased a box, we will not accept individual items from the box unless the items arrived incomplete/damaged. If we send you something that has expired or is about to expire within those 30 days we will also accept returns.

Although we check our items prior to delivery to customers sometimes mistakes are done. It is also the responsibility of the customer to inspect items upon delivery and to notify us immediately of any problems. If after 30 days you want to file a claim, know that we will not be able to provide you with your money back.
